At Zubaidas Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Ship to Zubaidas

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
